I think I nailed most of these as I was going down the list — knowing the answer to #3 not from personal experience but from one of my all-time favorite movies (“Chef”) — but I stopped the Q&A because it made me hungry for all the wrong things! LOL
Anyway, great article and, yes, at 57 I need to watch what I eat here in semi-rural Texas. Lots of fattening food and not much of my beloved NYC falafel.

When I was in your neck of the woods, I remember going to a place where it was almost like a cafeteria. You went along and picked out the type of meat you wanted and all the sides. They put all of it on a tray lined with paper then you sat at a picnic table to eat. It was odd but very good!!! I’ve been in a constant battle with my weight my whole life as I’m just under 5 ft.
